1 pound ground pork breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
¼ cup finely diced red onion
½ red bell pepper diced
½ cup green bell pepper diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs
½ cup milk
2 tsps. of Everything Bagel Seasoning
1 cup Colby Jack shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray
3. In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, cooked sausage, onion, bell peppers, and Colby Jack cheese.
4. Spread the mixture in the bottom of the baking pan.
5. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and everything bagel seasoning.
6. Add salt & pepper to taste.
7. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
8. Baked uncovered for 55 minutes or until cooked through.
Note: If you want to cut the recipe in half, bake for 45 minutes.
